U/S Disposition Privacy Policy
U/S Disposition is an internal aircraft-component workflow application. It records component binning information, operational status, disposition decisions, work-queue history and supporting data-plate photos.
Google Drive access
The application uses the Google Drive drive.file permission to create and manage photos uploaded by this application in the configured Google Drive account. It does not request unrestricted access to all files in the account.
How data is used
Uploaded photos are used only to support the corresponding U/S component record. The application stores the Drive file identifier and photo metadata against that record so authorized users can view the photo through the application.
Storage and sharing
Operational records are stored in the configured application database. Photos remain private in the configured Google Drive unless the Drive account owner changes their sharing settings. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers.
Access and revocation
The Google account owner can revoke the application's OAuth access from their Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future uploads and retrieval until authorization is restored.
